Puzzle Box follows drug addict Kaito, who runs away to a house in the woods to self-rehabilitate. Along with her sister Olivia, who decides to document the process, strange things begin to happen as the layout of the house mysteriously begins to change, and the two find themselves trapped in the inevitable, nightmarish puzzle box of the house.
